I am a boy in a family living in a funky but kind of magical place. I am walking home and see penguins flying overhead, a lot of them. They are so cute. The home I reach is a place we don’t own or have claim to, but have found a way to live there, kind of in secret but no one really wants to bust us. I have mishaps that I always seem to come out the other side on. The latest involves a horse that got poisoned by something splashing on to its anus from my carelessness. The normally friendly horse is skittish and doesn’t trust me. My mother is like the perfect sit-com Mom, supportive and kind of tough at the same time. It seems like the horse will get better in keeping with the kind of narrative this is, but the dream ends with the horse still sick.
