I was walking by the ocean with Joe, an old friend/boss, talking about how to appease some folks in an upcoming class. Then, all of a sudden, muddy water spouts started forming over the water. There were lots of them shooting high up into the air. Then, after a while, we realized they were elephants spouting muddy water.

Elephants like to play, they are very social. Instead of worrying about how to appease people, try approaching the situation from a playful stance.
