Enjoy music and evening views of the city, tour the galleries, and revel in the end of the workweek in a casual and spontaneous atmosphere at our monthly Fridays Off the 405 series.
Fridays Off the 405 features free live music and a cash bar from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The galleries will be open until 9:00 p.m. as well so you can enjoy the new photography exhibition Eliot Porter: In the Realm of Nature and catch the last few days of Agitated Images: John Heartfield and German Photomontage, 1920–1938.
June 23, 2006 Experience the galleries remixed with live performances by electronic music artists Jeff Samuel and Lusine in a music happening curated by cultural magazine Flavorpill. Jeff Samuel spins an eccentric blend of software-based minimal funk incorporating world rhythms. Lusine creates ambient dreamscapes with graceful melodies and a dancefloor rhythm influenced by Kraftwerk and Skinny Puppy.
