Partch Dances World premiere Returning to REDCAT for the third consecutive season, the ensemble Partch continues its ongoing multimedia survey of the chamber music of the maverick American composer Harry Partch. The group presents the world premiere of the recently discovered work Sonata Dementia; a new six-dancer choreography of Castor and Pollux; The Intrusions; and a filmed performance by the composer from Betty Freeman and Stephen Pouliot’s 1972 documentary The Dreamer That Remains.
