Maron Studio Party Fundraiser With Very Be Careful
On Friday, February 18, 2005, Maron Studio will host a party in downtown Los Angeles at Furthermore Gallery in Chinatown, (9 PM to 2 AM.) Special performances will take place throughout the evening by DJ Josh, comedic actor Bennett Jones, and popular Vallenato quintet, "Very Be Careful." A silent auction, with bidding to take place between 9 PM and 11 PM, will feature items from area artists and businesses, including CDs, DVDs, artwork, gift certificates and more, donated by Dark Star, Skull Phone, "Very Be Careful," "The Endless," Maron Studio, artists JJ Booth, Corbin Booth, Jacob Lunderby and more to be announced. Screening throughout the evening are Maron Studio films "Know Your Enemy," and "L.a.P.E." The evening's schedule is as follows: 9 PM - 11 PM Silent Auction Bidding and Music by DJ Josh 11 PM - 11:15 PM Performance by Bennett Jones 11:15 PM Silent Auction Winners Announced 11:30 PM - 1:15 PM Very Be Careful
Furthermore Gallery is located at 990 N. Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 Admission is $7 at the door Please note there will be a cash bar and this is a cash only event All proceeds from the event go to Maron Studio, for productions costs on an upcoming feature film.
