To commemorate the closing of L.A: light / motion / dreams, the Natural History Museum presents L.A. Remixed, a late night event featuring the first ever remix of a major museum exhibition. Los Angeles artists take the videos in L.A: light / motion / dreams as source material for new compositions to be played in the exhibit throughout the night. Meanwhile, the nearby diorama halls become venues for musicians and DJs specializing in the soul of the circuit board: the organic and electronic music that permeates Los Angeles. Video DJs will add to the mix by cutting live in the exhibit and alongside the musicians.
Featuring: Breakestra, Dublab Sound System, Languis, David J, Project Sandro, Reid Speed, and special guests...
For those that have already experienced L.A: light / motion / dreams, you know this will be a night to remember. For those that haven't, this is your chance to see it as it never was. Don't say we didn't warn you!
