James Ellroy - who has been lovingly called the "Demon Dog of American crime fiction" - is one of the world’s best-selling crime fiction writers. His many celebrated works include "L.A. Confidential" and "My Dark Places." Bruce Wagner is a novelist, screenwriter and director based in Los Angeles. Among his best-known works is the screenplay for "Wild Palms" and the novel "Force Majeure."
