Nick Chacona (DJ - Mood Music, Bear Funk, Hector Works - NYC)
NYC resident Nick Chacona interests which include Reggae, Classic R&B, Disco, House and Hip-Hop. All these influences can be heard in the cult classic 'Band Practice' that has since become Nick's tour de force production featuring all live instruments. Nick has released a number of singles and mixes on Mood Music, Bearfunk, Grayhound, Homestyle Cooking, Statra, Esho, and most recently Hector Works with Anthony Mansfield of Barfly fame. With new singles in the works for Bearfunk and Mood Music, 2006 looks set to be a defining year for Nick Chacona.
