Medea Benjamin is Founding Director of the San Francisco-based human rights organization Global Exchange. She was a Green Party Candidate for U.S. Senate from California. Stop the Next War Now is edited by CODEPINK co-founders Jodie Evans and Medea Benjamin. The book includes contributions from Eve Ensler, Barbara Lee, Arianna Huffington, Janeane Garafalo, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Hong Kingston, Alice Walker, Arundhati Roy and others.
