Ann Arbor, MI—ATMOSPHERE is proud to announce the launch of the first of several gallery exhibitions featuring the next generation of artistic visionaries. Entitled "RE/VIEW", the exhibition is an extension of Atmosphere's online gallery (atmsphr.org) that features work from artists from around the world.
"Painting, photography, illustration, video, and more are all given an equal voice here at ATMOSPHERE because we recognize that our organization is the perfect vehicle to promote new talents," says Adrian Pittman, Marketing Director and curator of the exhibition.
RE/VIEW is slated to tour several cities in the United States, with each leg of the tour featuring a unique artist line up and configuration. The first leg -- at the Rx Gallery in San Francisco -- features the work of illustrators, photographers, filmmakers, and interactive engineers from the United States and Ontario, as well as works from several local California artists.
The opening reception for RE/VIEW is Thursday, March 31, 2005, featuring a live performance from WAREZ (Moodgadget) and DJ sets from Broker/Dealer (Ghostly, Sentrall) and Aarnio (Moodgadget). The works will remain on display at the Rx Gallery throughout April.
