WHO: Clad in sweatbands and loincloths, the Japanese drumming ensemble KODO– The group of 17 men and 7 women, who explore the limitless possibilities of traditional Japanese drum, the taiko, on a worldwide stage but remain rooted in the local community of Sado Island, Japan.
WHERE: Kodo will perform at the Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium, Avenue of the Flags at Civic Center Drive in San Rafael.
