I don't know if Mundial Flash or the rest of News Flash would be categorized as Library or not, but i'm definitely digging the vibes from the whole of this LP. Songs are short (less than 2 min) which leads me to believe that the tracks on this LP were intended for intros and outros to news segments.
A similar track from Flash Resonance is availiable at my personal blog Soft Soil Music Club. Others like it are to be had in the not-to-distant future.
