Sooty Chimney gave me Zuma back in highschool for my birthday. Nicely done good sir... still rocking it all these years down the road. This rather hokey jam came up on random the other day and I was surprisingly into the lyrics... that shit about the darker side of me... goes nicely with the chord changes. Couldn't be more different from the wallowfest that is On The Beach. Neil coming to grips with something here.

icondude. zuma. i think i listened to this record 10 times on my drive from austin to sf. such the key break up record. if you're into that kind of thing. this and on the beach will bum you out and bring you back. dude gets such the free pass on any later poor career choices because of those two records. kudos. dune buggy rock.
