Ed Longo & The Applied Arts Ensemble - Love On The Line
This is some real sophisticated listening right here from Ed Longo (producer of 'Stella' record from last year).

There's something so hopeful feeling about this groove, and I love to listen to positive music at the end of the night.

I love the reserved intensity of this record, just ever-churning without letting completely loose.
Burt Bacharach - Something Big
This is Burt doing Bossa in both a slick and surprising way, and the sentiment of the song really hits too.
Larry Heard - Missing You
Just the absolute deepest of all time, period, the end.
Milton Nascimento & Lo Borges - Clube da Esquina No 2
An ethereal Balearic beauty from this classic record, soothing and spirit-lifting.
Tornado Wallace – Voices
With a hypnotic groove and gorgeous melodies that evoke an almost Peter Gabriel/Genesis-esque level of power pop, this track soars to an incredible peak and then floats back down for the sweetest landing possible.
